The ISSOS Summer Schools team recently gathered at The Social Hub in Glasgow to reflect on the success of ISSOS Summer 2024 and prepare for an exciting ISSOS Summer 2025. The Social Hub, a dynamic space that, like ISSOS, brings together people from around the world to learn, work, and connect, provided the perfect environment for this important annual meeting.
During the wrap-up meeting, key departments shared their updates, providing a review of ISSOS Summer Schools 2024 across our campuses in St Andrews, Cambridge, and Yale. Emma, our Admissions Director kicked off the presentations by showcasing the impressive diversity of students this year and how we ensure the international balance that ISSOS is renowned for.
Louise, our Customer Experience lead, shared feedback from parents and students, highlighting how the sense of community made ISSOS 2024 an unforgettable experience. Lisa, our Operations Director presented an overview of the logistics that kept everything running smoothly across our three campuses, while Freddie discussed recruitment efforts that helped bring together a highly skilled and dedicated team.
Looking forward to ISSOS Summer 2025, the meeting focused on new initiatives and innovations. Our Executive Assistant, Eily, presented an exciting update on the next phase of AI training, a tool that’s helping our team streamline tasks and focus on creativity and strategic planning. Caitlin, our Brand and Marketing Manager shared the latest updates on our website and social media strategies. She outlined plans to further expand ISSOS’s global reach while enhancing the student experience with fresh, engaging content. Jen, the founder of ISSOS, rounded off the presentations by discussing the broader vision for ISSOS 2025 and inspiring the team to think big.
The meeting also covered the planning and timelines for these new initiatives, ensuring that ISSOS 2025 will be our most exciting and innovative summer school experience yet.
The day wrapped up with a "Finish and Fizz" celebration, where the team reflected on a successful year and the exciting road ahead.
